Sent an email to SiB Monday afternoon.
Got one back from the director saying he knew they were working on the locks here but "this doesn't sound too good..."
Then another one saying he'd contacted someone regarding this.
Then a third one saying it would be fixed 'tomorrow morning'.
I got back Tuesday afternoon and true enough, it was fixed.
*happy with SiB right now*
