I've asked my parents several times why and how I got my name, and every time they tell me they don't really have an explanation, when I was born that was just meant to be my name.
Today I learnt my name is part Hebrew and part Persian, and means "gracious child of light".
I'm rather happy with the origins of the name, even though my parents never knew its meaning :)
