Idiot
Of all the words in the world, with all its definitions and degrees of meaning, I thought this described something we'd recognize when we saw it. Apparently I was wrong.

whatever you call , in some of the games those age limits are stated what age groups can play the game, those 3-7 also can play monopoly goodif you can find some players
