Results : Threesomes

These are the [very late] results from two polls about threesomes I had quite a while back and suddenly realized had not been posted! (procrastination is my curse)

 There were two questions;
1) Have you ever had a threesome
2) Who would you want in one beside yourself?

A lot of votes came in this time but the results can be quickly summed up;

• 28% have had a threesome
• 90% of respondents fantasize about a threesome
• Most of the respondents were male
• Men want threesomes with two women
• Women want threesomes with two men
• Women are more likely than men to fantasize about a threesome including a person of their own sex 

and to answer the question I've been asked quite a few times;

• Most women do fantasize about threesomes

...at least those who are likely to visit a blog like this and answer polls about sex...

Poll: Threesomes

I was discussing these on a site and started wondering... Are they that common? Do most people have threesomes these days? By the sound of it, many 20 year olds seem to have done it, and if you don't want to you're insecure and cold. Hopefully that view is only held by the horny teenagers on that particular site.

But then I wondered some more. The common fantasy for men is to be with two women. Do women fantasize about threesomes just as much? Would they prefer two men, or one man and one woman? Are there guys willing to admit they fantasize about being with a man and a woman? Or even two men?

Results : Age difference

Quite a few people voted for this one, and it's clear that 3-5 years between partners is the most common of these alternatives.

Admittedly, the category 15+ covers a much larger age range than 6-9 or 10-15; still, it is a little surprising to see that so many people have had a partner more than 15 years their senior. I guess that is more common the older you get.

British flag barely won over US flag!

I'll start using the flag to indicate language of articles I post, thanks to everyone who voted!

Poll: Flags

Sometimes I link to articles in Norwegian newspapers, which is a little pointless for anyone who doesn't speak the language. So I thought it might be a good idea to indicate in the link which language the article is in, maybe with a tiny flag.

Of course that means it's indecision time - I just don't know whether to use a British flag or an American flag to indicated if the article is in English.

Results: Circumcusion

After a slow start the circumcised ones mobilized, but it wasn't quite enough. The uncut ones won, being almost twice as many - 62.38% against 37.62%.

Good news for those of us girls who like them that way!

Results : Cheating?

The last poll, Is it cheating if it only happens once and your partner never finds out? , yielded these results:

• 8% feels this does not constitute cheating.
• 42% have cheated on a partner.
• No one who cheated said they did not think of it as such.

Results from the poll prior to (and after since I didn't get it off sooner) the election of a new American president.

I noticed that before the election, most votes came for Obama, whereas after he had been elected, most people voted None. I wonder why...
